Definitely contact us. We have over 27 different flavors and time to time we try new ones. Due to storage and demand we run out of flavors at peak times.




Handling for Italian Ice

Your treats will arrive frozen. It’s ok and normal if the dry ice is completely melted as long as the Italian Ice is still close to frozen. Move it to your freezer until you are ready to eat. For best results, store your Italian Ice in the back of the freezer where it will stay nice and cold. Then, enjoy!



Can I have my order arrive on a specific date?

Yes! You can choose the delivery date during checkout. Some dates require OVERNIGHT shipping as we cannot ship Italian Ice over the weekend. 

All orders must be received and approved before Shipping Deadline on/by Wednesday

We cannot deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Monday as Italian Ice can't ship over the weekend. 
Saturday Delivery is available for some residential zip codes, but not commercial addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
delivery orders are not available outside of the 48 continental United States


How long before I receive my order?

According to the delivery method you chose IE: FedEx Next Day or 2 Day Express.


How do you handle the dry ice in the package?

Your package will contain dry ice. It’s the best way to ensure your Italian Ice stays frozen and arrives at the highest quality. But if there is any left when you open your cooler, remember it is really cold so please handle it with gloves or other protective gear. It can cause a burn on your skin if you touch it directly. So, please keep out of reach from children or pets, and make sure to let it dissipate in a well-ventilated area.

Important notes:

  • Each order (2 Half Gallons) is sent in an cooler with dry ice. Shipping charges apply to each collection.

  • We ship via FedEx and do not require a signature for delivery. Fed Ex will leave the package at the recipient's address and the contents will remain frozen into the afternoon.

  • Richie's cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed packages or incorrect address information. Please someone will be at delivery address on the arrival day. 

  • Richie's cannot intercept and redirect packages once they have shipped.

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes.
